1st Edition, 1st Issue with Twain in flames on page 441 and St. Louis Hotel on page 443. In the publisher’s original three-quarter calf, with marbled boards, endpapers, and page edges.
There is about a 1/2″ tear to the leather at the top of the spine. Hinges are solid. Some wear to the board edges. Name and year (1883) in pencil on front blank. Interior is clean. Book is in overall quite nice condition.
