Good condition. Faint damp stain across top. There is tape on the spine at the top and at the bottom, along about 2″ at each end. The top right corner of the cover is creased and torn and has been taped on the inside. There is also a small piece of tape on the inside of the front cover over a small tear on the edge. The tape work is discreet. The bottom corner is creased, and there are small tears on the open edge about mid-way down on each page.
